The position is responsible for working on optimisation of all aspects of Digital Marketing, such as App Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, Websites, CRM and Analytics. The role provides business expertise and direction on how marketing can best leverage data and information to drive optimisation and increase performance across the digital touchpoints. The role also provides thought leadership surrounding digital (web, app, social, SEO, advertising) analytics and experience optimisation as well as work directly on/with performance marketing to implement sophisticated web analytics and personalisation programs. Key Accountabilities Media & Advertising Optimization - Responsible for the Tagging, Tracking and Optimization of all Digital Media &amp; Advertising campaigns across India. - Main point of contact for all digital media tracking with a focus on increasing media efficiencies and driving divisional wide best practice. - Develop new innovative ways in which to further optimise advertising, such as attribution models. - Responsible for the Tagging and Tracking all marketing automation &amp; push campaigns. - Implement an attribution model to define and optimise the top-performing media mix. - Create &amp; implement re-targeting list and campaigns for all brands. - Optimise Media to Reduce Brand Cost Per Registration (CPR) &amp; overall Cost Per Approval (CPA). - Create a framework for agencies &amp; brands. Website &amp; App Optimisation - Responsible for the constant optimisation of the website/app focusing on increasing conversions, time spent on site, bounce rate, reducing churn - Implement tests and strategies that focus on increasing conversions and improving user experience (UX) across the division for all web platforms. - Develop and execute A/B, MVT and other tests scenarios to improve user experience and conversions rates. - Develop and execute personalisation and targeting strategies based on customer profile segmentation studies and interactions of each consumer with the website - Increase engagement across the websites resulting in incremental app downloads. This includes increasing page per visit, Time on Site and decreased bounce rates. Digital Analytics (Web, Advertising, Online Performance) - Manage all digital analytic provider relationships and track, tag and measure all brand campaigns through the various analytics platforms ensuring all goals and events are in place. - Through the data and analytics, provide improvement plans to increase performance - Lead and roll out the integration of Google Analytics, Firebase and other 3rd party tracking platforms. - Create Reporting Framework for Optimisation of all Online Campaigns. - Provide Analysis &amp; Reports on Key Competitors Across the Region. Insights Platform - Responsible for the developing the overall Insights platform from a Marketing perspective - Constantly enrich and develop deeper insights, through identifying and adding new data layers to drive tangible performance improvement areas - Further, develop the Insights Platform that transforms our marketing and analytics to deliver richer and tangible business insights. - Deliver data migration/integration into all key platforms for both 1st &amp; 3rd party data. - Develop and deliver the roadmap for all future insight phases. - Create an adoption &amp; usage framework for the insights platform. - Develop advanced data visualisation through Google Data Studio that highlights key business opportunities. Qualifications, experience &amp; skills - Minimum of 4-5 years in a Digital Marketing/Analytics role and/or hold a relevant degree - Experience with app marketing &amp; media optimization - Delivered web development optimisation projects - Social CRM management experience - Advanced Google analytics &amp; Google Data Studio experience with Big Query integration - Experience in developing AB &amp; MVT testing across channels and platforms - Advanced knowledge of planning, executing and measuring digital media. Job-Specific Skills - Advanced analytical &amp; data interpretation skills. - Proven expertise in delivering analysis that yields new insights to increase efficiencies - Experience in running various tests and analysis to determine key areas of improvements - Experience in increase marketing and media effectiveness that improve ROI - Experience in an analytical role with vast quantities of data to drive informed decision making - Understanding of the media landscapes (DMPs, exchanges, programmatic buying, etc) Behavioural Competencies - Effective communicator with internal team and agency partners to ensure collaboration - Nature to continuously improve in all areas of the job, including themselves. - Strong organisational and administration skills. - Attention to detail and desire to complete tasks to a high standard. - Can communicate effectively across various divisions and roles within the company. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively. - Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills
