Life Cycle Manager
(1) Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales and Account Management teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell.
(2) Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
(3) Manage marketing automation including email, SMS, Push-note triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via Monegage and other systems
(4) Partner with Content, PR, and Creative teams to drive engagement through email communications, marketing press articles, and other assets to nurture customer relationships
(5) Drive continued personalization and innovation in evolving marketing programs most effective at engaging with customers
(6) Forecast results from various tactics and advocate for resource prioritization
(7) Articulate program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders
(8) Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results
