Responsibilities : A self starter who loves working with data. You want to have an impact and will leave no stone unturned to derive meaning from chaos. Primary responsibilities include : - Build models to analyze user and transaction data with the objective of improving credit outcomes - Coming up with actionable insights from data mining to drive efficiencies in all aspects of customer acquisition, customer engagement, and risk modelling - Building continuously evolving monitoring frameworks and dashboards for various functions in the organization in order to influence business strategy Requirements : - You have a BS/MS degree in Statistics, Maths or Economics or related quantitative field with 4+ years of analytics experience - You love working with data and have very strong analytical skills - basic understanding of Cohort Analysis, Funneling and Predictive Modelling is a must - You are proficient in SQL, R and Python - You have experience with at least one data visualization tool - You have domain experience in retail lending - You understand that communication is the biggest responsibility of your job as an analyst and the one you- re least likely to get right unless you focus on it - You love to teach and learn from your co-workers - You have a hunger for problem solving and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to finish a job that seems difficult to do
