About the role :
We are looking for a candidate to be a strategic advisor to help lead key cross-organization initiatives working closely with multiple senior leaders as well as external partners. Ideal candidate will be a thought leader possessing strong leadership qualities, inter-personal skills and with a detail-oriented, organized and analytical approach.
- This is a CEO enabler role. Helping CEO keep track of and do things that are important to the business
- Helping set and drive agenda for some CEO conversations with HODs - KPI tracking, goal setting and measurement, etc.
- Drive agenda and track progress of leadership meets and other CEO interactions internally and externally
- Ad hoc projects (long term or short term) that don't naturally fall in any department or a project that CEO wants to individually drive :
- Competitor tracking
- Partnership discussions
- Vetting investment opportunities
Responsibilities :
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, communication, and initiative implementation
- Prepare the executive and staff for all business review meetings with relevant data, intelligence, information , pre-reads etc
- Work closely with business finance on budgeting, and financial reporting for the function; ensuring budgets and resourcing are aligned to top business priorities
- Plan agenda for and conduct executive leadership meetings / staff meetings and develop action plans to address open items
- Set up and monitor appropriate business dashboards for the organization, to highlight key insights and issues that merit attention
- Drive focus and accountability within the executive team on day-to-day basis, work with the team to develop ideas and proposals, and conduct project plan reviews
- Lead and drive cross functional initiatives that are part of the business strategy
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to lead recruitment efforts for staffing executive positions in the team. Manage all stakeholders to help hire for key positions in time
- Partner with Internal Communications team to assist the executive with preparation and dissemination of communication within the organization including all-hands meetings and townhalls.
- Manage a team to Identify and close strategic partnerships to grow the business, including M&A.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Min. 5 years in a cross-functional business, product, or program management role, preferably in high-growth organizations
- Strong sense of ownership
- Proven experience in organizing, collaborating, and building trust across multiple teams and departments
- Ability to influence and persuade executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with great presentation skills.
- Fast-paced and versatile - strong bias for action
- Highly organized - ability to drive people and projects to measurable outcomes
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience in setting up and scaling processes while bringing structure to ambiguity
- Strong business acumen

- Ability to handle confidential information with highest level of integrity
