Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accountability for driving projects to deliver company's topline and bottom-line growth goals
- Help build vision, strategy and org for the Growth group
- Coordinating and prioritizing key high impact projects
- Running key Growth routines and driving closures
- Build, monitor and deliver to a plan on value creation
Required Candidate Profile:
- MBA (PGDM)
- Preferably in Sales & Marketing or Strategy as major.
- 3-5 years of corporate exposure in above areas so that growth and understanding of topline is great.
- An additional exposure to FinTech would be a big plus
