Description:

The E-sports Ops Manager will be required to create and manage tournaments and analyze data for key metrics

Data insights will be then be leveraged to optimize the tournaments configuration and customer experience

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead operations for every single tournament in the E-Sports vertical of MPL

- Creating Games Tournament, Starting the Tournament, monitoring tournaments stats and subsequent detailed analysis

- Creating Large multi level leagues and tournaments which involve high user participation

- Handling operational and logistical tasks associated with marketing promotions and prize distributions.

MUST Haves:

- Sports & Games Knowledge (basketball, football, kabaddi, hockey, Cricket & Games)

- Have relevant experience playing fantasy sports & Mobile Games

- 3-4 years of work experience in Games Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Experience (Support)

- Is strong in MS Excel and numbers

- Can work out of office hours on a fairly regular basis

- Experience in resolving queries

- Co-ordinated between different verticals (Tech, Marketing, Product and other relevant teams)
