Reports to: Chief of Staff of Developer Platform
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving Business Direction
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and processes for the developer platform
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for different PODs
- Present product strategy recommendations to the VP (developer platform) and Chief of Staff (developer platform) based on market research
- Preparing critical strategy documents and excel models for the developer platform
- Achieve Business Performance
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day business operations
- Write and submit reports to the Chief of Staff in all matters of importance
- Project/Program management
- Drive structuring and end to end management of projects involved in
- Be involved in key meetings with the founders, C-Suite - within the office and outside.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure of dev platform, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3-4 years of experience, post graduation (preference given to tier 1 colleges )
- 2-3 years of client facing experience in tier 1 consulting firms e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain or/and tier 1 VC experience preferred
- Strong problem solving and capability to structure ambiguous problems
- Proven experience of working with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Outcome focused, with data and metrics driven decision making
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
