Role Definition:
- Overall 9+ years of Staffing Experience in BPO Staffing.
- Management of a high volume, full-life cycle recruitment organization
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients
- Strong market intelligence
- Understanding the recruitment asks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability
- Capable to do End to End hiring & own up to on boarding stage.
- Maintain hiring with in grid & cost per hire v/s SLAs
- Experienced in handling larger accounts & multiple customers.
- Working closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillment.
- Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
- Willingness to learn and scale up.
- Good on MIS & present data.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very thorough knowledge and experience in Excel & PowerPoint.
