Job Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager, Corporate Strategy  Location: Bangalore  Team profile: Executes key enterprise wide initiatives, supports and manages CEO’s interfacing with internal and external stakeholders  Roles &amp; Responsibilities:  - Conceptualize, design and execute key enterprise wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders  - Anchor business and operational reviews periodically. Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the CEO prior to the reviews  - Support CEO with briefing kits for client engagements and other external stakeholders such as industry bodies, corporations and educational institutions/ universities.  - As part of CEO refresh, prepare environment scans, competitor insights and reports on customers and present the same periodically   Work Experience: Minimum experience of 5 Years and maximum of 8 years in a similar role or  Business strategy (preferably at any one of the Top Global ITES players)  Capabilities/ Skill sets:  - Excellent interpersonal skills to exercise considerable judgement in building relationships across all levels in the organization. Works collaboratively across functions to create buy-in to achieve deliverables  - Ability to work under limited supervision, work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment with the good quality and customer satisfaction  - Work well with ambiguity  - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Should have good understanding of data management and collection, modelling and interpretation across complex data sets  - Good understanding of Financial statements  - Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail  - High Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint  - Establish and cultivate a high-performance but enjoyable work culture
