Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Location : Bangalore Education : CA / ICWA/ MBA Finance Job responsibilities : - The incumbent is expected to provide financial analysis, variance analysis & reporting with regard to Actual vs Budget, generate monthly MIS reports & analysis with regard to specific SBU of the company, analysis of expense trends. - Complete the month close analysis and reporting to the Senior Management - Support the team with Quarter close external reporting and related analysis - Coordinate and complete annual budgeting process involving various stakeholders - Perform competitor benchmarking and tracking - Independently do and complete various ad-hoc analysis requested by the management - Has to interact with the business representing Finance & internally has to interact with other finance departments like GL/Payroll/AP, etc.
