Job Description : Cyber Security Manager, Chief Risk Office based at Bangalore Responsibilities : - Play an active role in implementing Organization's Cyber Security strategy - Align Organization's Cyber Security standards and frameworks with overall business and Cyber Security strategy - Design/Review Cyber security architecture elements and conduct Technological security risk assessments - Perform internal ISMS/Cyber Security Audit activities across different functions, processes and technologies - Recommend mitigating controls and follow up for implementation for the findings from Assessments and audits - Keep abreast of latest cyber security technologies &amp; Industry best practices to provide guidance and design adequate controls and processes - Monitoring and ensuring compliance to Security standards, policies, and procedures Skills Required : - In-depth knowledge of security systems and applications and strong foundation in core areas of Cyber security - Experience and knowledge in emerging disciplines of Cyber Security E.g. Cloud Security, IoT Security, etc. - Working knowledge of Security tools and technologies - Ability to identify risks on systems and network architecture design - Knowledge and practical application experience of information security "best practices," such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, SOC 1/2/3 Audits, NIST standards - Strong written, communication and presentation skills - Good Analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership team internally and clients - Attitude to learn and develop, maintain a record of continuous professional development Experience : - Total 4-6 years of experience in Cyber Security &amp; Overall experience around 6-8 years. Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT-related field or equivalent Key pre-requisites : - Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC and other certifications in technology
