Should be a self-starter who is passionate about evolution of pay frameworks.  1. Creation of incentive plans - strategy, framework design, liaising with leaders, cross-functional project management to influence stakeholders, simulations on variable plans, budgeting, communication, roll-out, implementation/ change management  2. Calculation of incentives and payroll advise  3. Networking with external peers, Benchmark with best practices and keep an eye out on industry trends wrt incentives  4. Documentation, Audit payouts and ensure governance including statutory compliance  5. Analyze ROI on incentive plans and seek active feedback from leaders to keep the plans in line with business strategy
