Legal Job description : - Draft review and negotiate a variety of third party contractual agreements in the buy side and to be a part of the Alliance team that handles the GTM portfolio. - Exposure to latest statutory changes and ability to impart the implications to internal stakeholders. - Exposure to Inbound and Outbound Licensing. - Litigation and Immigration advisory. - Ability to negotiate both with internal and external stakeholders. - Adhere to TAT's and manage large volume of work in a complex dynamic environment. - Proactively work on process improvements and ensure compliance to existing process. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed university /college. - 7 plus years of experience working in an IT or ITES industry is desirable. - Proficiency In MS Office Applications and new features. - Exposure to working on automated contract tool. - Good verbal and written communication.
