Mphasis - Head - Presales/Solutioning - Pharma Practice

Experience : 15-18 years

Qualification : MBA(Tier 1 Institution) + Btech or Pharma/LS relevant course

Technical Competencies:

- Candidate will be responsible for leading the Life Sciences Practice, that will cover creating service offerings and solutions and supporting Go to Market for Pharma and Medical Device customers

- Ideal candidate have led Pre-Sales / Solutioning teams in LS for a leading Outsourcing Company

- Very Good Understanding of Pharma Value chain and business processes is needed. Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate how he/she has brought thought leadership and innovation in his current role.

- Strong Understanding of prevalent technologies and platforms used in Pharma and Medical Device companies is needed.

Desired Candidate:

- Candidate should have good understanding of the US and European Life Sciences Market

- Very Good Communication skills/ customer facing skills are mandatory. International experience is highly preferred

- An MBA from a leading Institute is preferred

- Specific areas of focus will be Commercial (Sales and Marketing) and R&D
