- Total IT experience of 16 years+ out of which 5-6 years should be in Delivery Management - Delivery Management experience of 5-6 years in Development projects ( T&M / fixed price, Outcome based Programs) / AMS programs - Experience of handling Managed Services Projects will be an advantage. - Directly managed a Portfolio size of 250+ - Delivered projects in sub-verticals. Functional domains such as Logistics & Transportation desirable - Establish and enhance the customer relationship - Establish Governance of multiple programs/projects - Financial and Operational Governance excellence - Drive pre-sales support - Drive innovations across projects to establish Value Driven Delivery - Set-up processes and Governance mechanisms to ensure alerts on programs status - Drive operational efficiencies to meet targets wrt Revenue, Margin - Should have the ability to connect at various levels in the customer organization - Director, Manager, Vendor Management Office - Ability to get into the details as needed, come up with the remediation plan, with the ability to navigate troubled projects to stable state/GREEN - Good people management skills to drive a performance driven Organisation - Work extensively with the Account Management team to ensure growth Primary skills (mandatory) : - Should have managed a few Programs to drive Digital transformation / Modernization for Fortune Clients. - Exposure to Cloud technologies / Migration Secondary skills (nice to have) - Exposure to modernization of legacy systems
