1) Domain knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 2) Independent planning and executing SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable SEBI Regulations 3) Hands-on experience in Stock Exchange Compliances and interacting with the stock exchanges 4) Providing regulatory updates to the team and the relevant management teams on changes to listing compliances. 5) Managing the international corporate compliances of subsidiaries of Mphasis Limited and working on the merger, de-merger, liquidation and incorporation process of the international subsidiaries. This would involve working closely with the cross functional team including business team and execute necessary processes. 6) Administration of Indian law Compliance tool and implementation of European compliance tool is also part of the function. 7) The person will be appointed as Company Secretary for one of the unlisted Indian entity and would require to manage the compliances of the Indian subsidiary as well.
