The Role :

- You will be responsible for ensuring our- Hiring Managers are equipped for hiring success, providing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and advising on the talent market - including best practices, candidate experience, employer branding, available talent pool, compensation insights and more.

- Mentoring the team members with your experience and knowledge to achieve the desired deliverables.

- You will lead the way in bringing the best talent to Dynamics Square and grooming the team, taking ownership of searches across a wide range of skills needed for the jobs we hire for.

Skills Required :

- Ten Years of Recruitment experience in ambiguous environment

- Five years of Team management experience

- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team

- Proven success in supporting full recruitment cycle

- Strong Hands-on Experience with Multiple ATS and Job boards

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Own staffing across global locations and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top talent

- Create customized sourcing methodologies that scale, lead teams to build quality talent pipelines for critical roles.

- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders, build talent pool, source for their specific business, interview, offer and get involved in all operational and administrative work associated with those activities across the global business

- Mentor and coach recruiter team for their professional development

- Manage hiring cost within the set budgets

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

- Resolving bottlenecks in the recruiting process

- Maintain timely and accurate data on Zoho Recruit

- Develop and execute resourcing strategy to match business requirements and timeline associated, explore new and effective resourcing models and combination of Intern, Consultants and full-time employees to deliver as per the business needs.
