MoveInSync - Operations Manager

Summary

We are looking for frontline managers to serve as a change manager to facilitate clients through large projects involving the launch/roll-out of our employee transportation management system. You will partner with Operations Lead and the Operations team to manage large client engagements, focusing on the intersection between launch, on-going operations, support issues and significant services requests.

This role will require you to work closely with the Business, Engineering and Support Operations to facilitate resolution to escalated client situations and drive completion of root cause analyses as necessary

Additionally, you will be challenged to

- Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures to maximize efficiencies and consistently exceed client service levels

- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption solutions

- Impart training that will increase value to the customer and enhance customer satisfaction

- Effectively resolve client issues and carry out root cause analysis, in order to prevent reoccurrences.

Basic Qualifications

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization. (PG preferred)

PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (MBA preferred)

Work Experience:

Duration: 1 to 4 years

Industry: Technology, BPO/ITES, Consulting, Defence Forces, Retail

Desired candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, active listening).

- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and execute business strategies, attain measurable results and develop client as partners.

- Experience in driving solutions to complex problems based on objective data and root cause analysis, and in turn developing standards for future use

- High responsiveness, persistence, strong work ethics.

- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

- Ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate and persuade, while maintaining positive relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, and third party partners

- Comfortable with fast paced environment and all aspects of change management.

- Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools

- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience. MBA is preferred.

- Willingness to travel. May require up to 40% travel.
