This team is now gearing up to provide insights leveraging the trip data captured by our tool. This role will work with the leadership team to set up the Operations Data practice in this vertical. You will work towards exploring the answer to pertinent yet elusive question - WHY- !  One should harness their experience, skills, and creativity in interpreting data, and analysing results using statistical techniques/tools. One would get data for this analysis from primary/secondary sources to deliver following analysis and reports:  - Summary: General reports/analysis that provide an overview of operations  - Scheduled: Daily/weekly/monthly report that show first signs of problems or opportunities  - On-demand: For analyzing a particular issue in greater degree of granularity  - Exception: Highlight control measures required to bring an issue under control  - Predictive: Scenario analysis to aid in better planning by our customers  The ideal candidate would:  - Have excellent communication and collaboration skills   - Self-directed and able to handle task with limited supervision  - Be flexible and have ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment  - Have hands on experience in use of advance-Excel   - Have working knowledge of SQL  - Have working knowledge of with data visualization tools such as Tableau/QlikView/Jaspersoft  - Possess 2+ years of experience delivering accurate and insightful business reporting and applying critical thinking to data solve/drive business performance  - Have desire to learn new technical skills and practice continuous personal development  - Possess Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field from an accredited college or university  - Be located in or willing to locate to Bangalore
