Operations Manager

Summary:

As an Operation's Manager in Implementation team, you will be responsible for on ground implementation of Employee Transport Solution for enterprise customers. You will ensure that customer is able to realize the value of solution while ensuring trust and reputation of MoveInSync as a company.

You are a strategic leader who possesses the ability to work cross-functionally with several external & internal stakeholders through effective relationship building, influence and communication skills. You will demonstrate operational & technical know-how, charisma, and ability to work with your team to provide leadership to do what it takes to get things done in order to make a difference.

This role will require you to:

- Assist senior manager in designing the execution plan and partner with Operations team to manage large client engagements, focusing on the intersection between launch, on-going operations, support issues and significant services requests.

- Drive completion of root cause analyses as necessary

- Execution of project management plan for a site or multiple sites

- Working with cross functional team to deliver the planned work packages within the stipulated constrained (cost, schedule and scope)

- Communicate with the internal and client team. Prepare required presentations, learning material

- Impart training that will increase value to the customer and enhance customer satisfaction

- Training and development of team

- Understand the client operation, perform primary analysis and collect the data to effectively resolve client issues and carry out root cause analysis, in order to prevent re-occurrences

- Highlight the leakages and suggest the opportunity to optimize, Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures to maximize efficiencies and consistently exceed client service levels

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization. (Science stream preferred)

- PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (MBA preferred)

Work Experience:

- Duration: 1 to 4 years

- Industry: Technology, BPO/ITES, Consulting, Defence Forces, Retail

Desired candidate will have:

- Managed a team of executives or associates in an operations environment

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)

- Strong process/project management, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate and persuade, while maintaining positive relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, and third party partners

- Experience working with and managing semi-technical operational teams with the expertise to leverage technology to achieve business goals

- Take initiatives and truly care about the results of what you drive

- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and execute business strategies, attain measurable results and develop client as partners

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with capability to process high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions

- High responsiveness, persistence, strong work ethics

- Led a small or medium size project/s

- Managed a team of at least 5 to 10 people

- Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools

- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

- Willingness to travel. May require up to 40% travel

- Must have been consistent as a student

- Active participation in extracurricular activities in school or work
