- Good exposure to business finance, MIS Reporting

- Must have exposure in implementation and monitoring of financial process across verticals

Expectations from the Role :

1. Work closely with functional and business unit leader in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions

2. Develop and maintain forecasting processes that accurately predict future performance and motivate actions to ensure achievement of agreed targets

3. Support operations related financial evaluations

4. Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls across all business operation

5. Accurately and timely preparation of financial information

6. Accurately and timely coordinate and ensure delivery of BU's plans and forecasts

7. Minimize surprises through effective prevention and early communications

Qualification : CA or MBA
