Our key product is an end-to-end solution for employee transportation which has Routing, Employee Cab Usage Records, Tracking, Automated Billing, Reporting, and Women Security features.

You will have broad responsibility of transforming the employee transport processes in medium and large size organizations leveraging Employee Transport Automation solution built @MoveInSync. You will identify and drive the transport process improvement in multiple organizations.

- This role involves hands on review and analysis of operations procedures, processes, and problems to identify areas of measurable improvement across the levers of quality, cost, risk mitigation and speed to market.

Knowledge/Skills:

- Position requires process mapping, process improvement and operational change skills. Requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

- Has the ability to modify standards or processes to adapt to unusual situations.

- Enthusiastic and proactive with approach. Self-motivated and able to multi-task. Consultative mindset. Political savvy coupled with excellent persuasive skills. Strong analytical skills. Requires strong leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills. Above the cut project management skills.

Major Responsibilities:

- Review and identify transport process improvement opportunities in the context of measurable impact to the organization

- Ensure a coordinated, consistent and effective delivery and benefit measurement plan, by planning and working with Operation's Managers and project teams.

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Navigate the organization and build consensus on change management with various stakeholder.

- Identify, understand and manage inter-project dependencies, risks and issues.

- Promote an optimization mindset throughout the organization

Experience:

- You should have 3+ years of related experience in business process optimization/process re-engineering @ big 4 consulting firms

- You should be comfortable working with and presenting to executive level staff.

- You will use your Project Management skills to deliver solution implementation while providing value to the customer in cost effective manner.

- Since MoveInSync is evolving, the business model as well as solution/delivery may evolve hence you should have willingness to learn and the ability to come up to speed on new concepts and functions and/or business areas quickly
