- For understanding the key gaps in skill sets of various RM's and design an effective training program to bridge the gap
- For the technical currriculam to enchance product understanding of RM's
- For coodination to required infrastructure arrangements to execute the training program
- For developing appropriate tools to capture training related data in a software and build anaytical capabilites in the tools to undertstand the improvement seen in the RM's over a period of time
- For scheduling sessions by these SME's to train RM's on specific products/asset classes etc
- For ensuring the costs of training are appropriately booked and charged to the business
- Identify the training gaps within the sales team and prepare a effective training plan to bridge the gap
- Coordinate for the execution of the identified training programs
- Conduct various types of tests (daily/weekly/monthly) to test the knowledge level of the RM's
- Build systems and processes to capture training related data to enable analytics
- Analyse the training data regularly & interact with the RM's regularly and proactively identify training needs for them
- Prepare a robust training calender for sales force to improve their technical and soft skill sets & identify relveant trainers who can effectively deliver the training program
- Coodinate & organise training programs & regular tests thereof for the people who attended the training program
- Build processes to capture information wrt to training and performance smart analytics to show the progress
