Candidate will be responsible for investment monitoring of Real Estate Funds post Investments.   - Ability to understand the complex transaction, Project Management and monitoring Work with Principal and Investment team, maintain MIS and Analysis and track real estate deals etc.  - 4-5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of in Real Estate or NBFC   - Post investment -owning the complete monitoring of all investment in Real Estate Funds.   - Incumbent would be a single of contact for all post investments related matters like updation of Project Investment Sheet, Information pertaining to pending interest/ Principal payment dues, calculation of penalties / interest if any.  - Should have understanding of Real Estate processes, tax and structuring  - MIS and Analysis   - Project Management Reports  - Escrow Management   - Closely monitoring all investments and track of all investments   - Understanding of deviation reports and exception reports  - Understanding of domestic fund accounting   - Experience in conducting portfolio valuation
