Looking for Master Black Belt / Black Belt with experience of driving high impact projects in financial services organisation. Role will be entrusted to work with end to end organisation (Sales, Advisory, Operations and support functions) to ensure processes are effective, efficient and standardized.

Role will work closely with Business CEO to build scalability and facilitate strategic initiatives.

Job Title : AVP - Business Process Excellence

- This role holder will act as the Process expert in all aspects of Business process change including Design, Re-engineering, Continuous improvement and Deployment and will ensure the Business processes are effective, efficient and standardised to the extent practical.

- The Senior Process consultant is responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the business process excellence framework, tools and Governance as well as maximise re-use of known best practice solutions.

- A Senior Process consultant will be supporting multiple projects within a business area. Will have to lead high impact projects

- Within these Initiatives, the Senior Process consultant shall have the overall responsibility for the robustness of the process solution being designed and its consistent and smooth deployment.

- The Senior Process consultant is accountable to ensure the process solution meets the programme's intent with regard to cost, quality and delivery.

- This role requires frequent interaction with multiple levels of stakeholders. The job holder to be highly flexible and be sensitive to softer aspects

Key Work Relationships:

- Internal: Involving process owners, SMEs, influencing people and driving process excellence across the organization

- External: Represent organization in external forums, Bring in best practices from Industry
