Profile Title: Sales & Distribution

Reporting to: Regional/Zonal Head

Experience : Minimum 5 to 8 years

Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate

Candidate Expectation - Looking for a candidate with minimum 5 to 8 years of AMC experience managing either of channels, retail (IFA and NDs) or banking ( Wealth counters).

Sales Incentives: Sales employees are on incentives driven by targets & not on Bonus. Incentives are paid on quarterly basis.

Role: Individual Contributor.

 JD:

Job Summary - Will have responsibilities of handling both retail & banking channel - 

1. Achieve Regional targets channel wise (IFAs, Banks, Retail, Wealth).

2. New Channel Development (Empanelment & develop new channel partners like IFAs, Banks, Local IFA- s, Distribution houses etc.)

3. Do key Client meetings in the region for each channel. Would be responsible for conducting & representing the organization at various seminars, events, and make presentations.

4. On site & Off site training to channels on products, processes, softwares, and sales approach wrt to PMS and Mutual Funds.
