Motilal Oswal - Investment Banking Role

- A candidate should have 7+ years if front end investment banking experience in reputed IB firm.

- Experience in deal cycle (PE, M&A, IPO) with focus on sectors like industrials, auto, chemicals, niche sectors.

- Assist in ideation, presentations, independently managing the deal process of PE, M&A etc including coordinating with internal and external parties.

- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends tracking the developments in sector/companies financials etc.

- Preferred academic qualifications: Undergrad + CFA or CA/Post grad from a reputed business school/ undergrad from IIT/CA Ranker

- Strong power point presentation skill, financial modeling with thorough understanding of financial analysis, pitch deck and IM making skills is a must.

- Analytical skills : Solid analytical skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Strong proficiency in operating databases like Bloomberg, VCCEdge, EMIS, Capital IQ etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong attention to detailing and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong bias for action/initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Presentation skills : Articulation of thoughts

- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
