Key Responsibility :

Responsible for furthering the international business of the groups asset management business

These include :

Business :

- Responsible to explore opportunities for growth of the asset management business in key global markets

- Present the firm's top quality investment capabilities to global institutional clients such as endowments, foundations, pensions funds, family offices, multi-managers, etc.

- Scope tactical partnership with other asset managers and large banks in geographies to further the business reach

- Explore and build the requisite structures required in various markets - co-mingled funds, segregated mandates

- Explore empanelling marketing placement agents

Product Related :

- Ability to relay the firm's investment capabilities through high quality RFPs, product material & other collaterals

Investment Related :

- An ability to present the firm's investment process and style to top investors

Personal Requirement :

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience, including 3-4 years in a related role

- Exposure and experience of interacting with international investors is important

- Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial in approach with a long term institutional mind set

- Ability to engage with top decision makers in large organizations and make an impact

- Previous knowledge of asset management structures and regulations in a few select markets is an added advantage

- Willingness to travel internationally

- High level of presentation skills (written and verbal)

- Attention to detail
