To Lead the Taxation function for the Financial Services group of companies Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Timely Compliance with the provisions of Income Tax, Service Tax & VAT for the group of companies including Tax assessments, Department Work, Appeals, Transfer pricing, Audits, TDS, Cenvat credits, Timely payments/Returns filings etc.

2. Correlation of tax competency of income Tax, Service tax, VAT to the ongoing business needs for Stock broking, Commodities, NBFC, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking Business,etc . Monitoring al updates on the taxation and formulation of tax planning projects.

3. Relationship building with Consultants and Tax departments and Team management

Person Specifications:

1. Experience- 8 yrs plus in Taxation Function in handling Income tax, Service tax & VAT

2. Other Skills- High technical competency in taxation, Good Communication skills, high confidence and positive approach

3. Minimum Qualification- Chartered Accountant (CA)
