Job brief and deliverable:
- Analyse business performance on a monthly basis & monitor progress on identified high impact areas for business as per the business plan
- Identifying key impediments for growth / deviations from set goals for existing businesses and ideate /provide possible solutions to overcome them
- Work on special projects (to be defined based on business needs)
- Facilitate sharing of best practices across verticals/regions through secondary and primary research on best practices followed by competition and global players
- Timely and Accurate reports, Dash boards, process, Master Maintenance and Cost Center (P&L) Preparation
Competence:
- Ability to independently take thoughts to logical conclusions with self ideation and problem solving
- Strong business acumen and ability to question current state
- Articulate in presenting his independent thoughts with high degree of conviction
