- Lead the customer service function of the PWM business

- Ensuring processes and set to delivery the key desired results of high impact business initiatives of the business

- Coordinate with the central ops team to ensure smooth execution of the operational activities

- Manage the internal PWM related operations (CRM ops, Client facing software ops etc)

- Ensure timely & accurate delivery of ops and business MIS

- Managing the day to day business related queries from the sales team and business heads

- For Sales processes, client serciving and client engagement related initiatives and driving success of key business projects initiated

- For client advisory related processes, client serciving and client engagement related initiatives and driving success of key business projects initiated

- For driving the smooth functioning of Customer service department. The Head of Customer Service will report to this role

- For coordinating with the operations team to ensure accurate bokking of buiness revenue, streamlining of Ops processes and driving new initiatives in operations such as client onbarding etc. The candidate will also ensure timely regulatory filings by the ops team.

- For coordinating with the MIS team to ensure dashboards are prepared and sent on a timely basis for functions reporting to the candidate

- For resolving any queries relating to CRM and other internal applications by taking assitance of the business analyst of the PWM business

- For driving automation of ops processes and customer service related processes
