To Lead the Taxation function for the Financial Services group of companies

Key Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring Timely Compliances with the provisions of Income Tax, Service Tax & VAT for the group of companies including Tax assessments, Department Work, Appeals, Transfer pricing, Audits, TDS, Cenvat credits, Timely payments/Returns filings etc.

- Correlation of tax competency of income Tax, Service tax, VAT to the ongoing business needs for Stock brooking, Commodities, NBFC, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking Business,etc . Monitoring al updates on the taxation and formulation of tax planning projects.

- Relationship building with Consultants and Tax departments and Team management

Person Specifications :

Experience : 7 yrs plus in Taxation Function in handling Income tax, Service tax & VAT

Other Skills : High technical competency in taxation, Good Communication skills, high confidence and positive approach.

Minimum Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
