Motilal Oswal - Accounts & Finance

Should be able to do Consolidation of Financial Statements & should have knowledge of Consolidation.

- Should be in Accounts departments of an Organisation responsible for Consolidation (preferably listed)

- Independently preparation of Financial statements Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Profit & Loss accounts and analysis of the same. We need an Execution person who can make the same.

- Above is predominant requirement and should match that, others like IFRS & Technology and other aspects are also needed

At least 3-4 years of Experience in handling Accounting function preferably in financial services industry.
