- Resource planning and allocation for QPC to carry out System Implementation /Receipt /Middle & QPC Inspection.
- Establish quality systems within the plants.
- To ensure basic discipline and administrative activities.
- Customer concern handling and interaction with customer for customer specific requirements (MIR/PAP Approval, Change Requests).
- Co-ordination with concerned departments for necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Corrective and preventive actions implementation within the units.
- Monitoring for department performance indicators and facilitate the team for necessary improvements.
- New products launch quality planning.
- Tear down analysis to identify the process strength.
