Leadership role - Offline Sales

- Mosaic has today built early presence in offline stores across a few MTs. As Mosaic looks to strengthen its offline sales presence and expand both breadth of partners and geographic depth, we are looking for a leader to join us and lead this function

- The individual will hold the offline sales P&L across all channels, and be in charge of leading our growth across both MT and GT

- Own the growth of the business

- Expand pan India

- Drive deeper penetration and productivity at existing MT partners

- Develop and add new MT partners

- Over time foray into broader GT segments

- Be the owner of profitability metrics

- Hire, build and train an offline sales team
