Mortgage Underwriter Trainer/Assistant Manager/Manager - Operations - BFSI

- Reviewing loan files according to the agency guidelines (Fannie and Freddie).

- Knowledge of Govt. loans is an added advantage.

- Experience in Non-QM loans is an added advantage.

- Analyze Appraisal report and collateral offered in the loan file to determine acceptability and calculate appropriate LTV ratios for decisions.

- Calculate and analyze LTV/CLTV/HCLTV/DTI/HTI.

- Verify and analyze complex financial statements, asset statements as well as personal and business income tax returns.

- Review the required conditions to approve loan and communicate requirements to appropriate parties.

- Review and analyze compliance related documents. Verify state and federal guidelines for loan compliance

- Should have worked as a Underwriting Trainer for Minimum 3 Years or Should have given training to Underwriters

- Should be good in People Management.

- For Asst Manager- 3 Years as a TL on Paper Mandatory

- Exp - 7+ Years of experience in Core Underwriting / Live Under writing / Final Underwriting
