- We design, manufacture & sell products that are highly scientific in nature.
- Our products Morpholens & Hemolens offer fully digital diagnostics workflows for cancer biopsies & blood-related disorders across all geographies. Our products are unique inventions across physics, robotics, perfect software workflows & AI-driven assistive techniques, designed for doctors/labs & hospitals across the globe.
- For a digital diagnosis process, we are offering a digital platform to Pathologists, Medical Institutions & Cancer Research Centres.

The Role :
- Every member of the sales team is essentially building a trust bridge with prospective customers (Qualified Leads) across multiple channels over virtual meetings/calls.
- The role is all about putting yourself in the shoes of your user and helping them achieve their dreams / alleviate their fears within the context of the products you are selling.
- Given the scientific nature of products at Morphle, the role diversifies into becoming a domain expert in digital pathology while you learn new perspectives from Doctors, CFOs, Lab managers & various other stakeholders. Additionally, the sales team is responsible for handing off the account to the support team.
- Hence, you will be partly involved in the customer success journey. This naturally flows back into your core function of telling stories about how you helped a prior customer achieve their dreams.
- Note that this role comes with a big responsibility and we value finesse & our ability to delight every customer. This is not a role where you are spraying over low-quality leads and trying to hit a quote. This is more about not losing a single deal. Hence the finesse!

Ideal Candidate :
- Clear-eyed and honest style of explaining a complex concept and ability to build trust quickly
- Extremely persistent and willing to work sincerely towards an aggressive goal.
- Self-critical enough to consciously introspect, track gaps.
- Proactive enough to ask for help from mentors & managers
- Organized enough to capture data across communication channels & analytical enough to derive patterns and improve the content/process with every cycle
- Accountable and action biased enough to not let the ball drop
- Creative enough to amalgamate a catchy story within verbal as well as written (email) formats across all channels of communications
- Enjoys the process of trust building and with enough optimism to strike a rememberable conversation even with a disinterested prospect
- Bachelor's/Master's degrees are preferred from Tier-1 colleges.
