Manager Leadership hiring - Talent Acquisition

The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for bringing in great people to Morningstar. This is a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and onboarding the right talent internally / externally at a Mid-Senior level, thereby fulfilling hiring needs on time. We seek someone who is passionate about hiring the best, values creating a great candidate experience, and understands the importance of finding talented people with a passion for our mission to create great products that help investors reach their financial goals. The role shall be located at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit leadership and niche candidates
- Partner with Senior stakeholders/BU to drive the hiring process
- Develop sourcing strategies and perform thorough screening to assess talent.
- Independently conduct talent research, talent mapping and build strong professional relationships with the leadership talent.
- Act as an advisory to BU leadership in the areas of compensation, availability of talent and providing alternate options with respect to demand fulfillment.
- Manage complete cycle of recruiting to provide best experience for both candidate and the hiring manager.
- Assist with 360-degree aspects of executive search - business development, sales, and recruiting executive talent (senior executives to c-suite), across various industries & functions.
- Actively research, source, headhunt and interact with a diverse variety of potential candidates.
Requirement: The Desired candidate must possess:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in leadership hiring
- Must have experience in senior leadership hiring
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
- Good communication Skills
- Prior work experience in Tier 1 /similar firms is preferred and proven experience in hiring new age technical roles is mandatory.
