Moreish Foods - Executive Assistant To MD - Business Intelligence

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant cum Business Intelligence to MD who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Managing Director and conducting market research to provide insights on the food manufacturing industry. The candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, be proactive, and possess strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the MD in the preparation of the Annual and Strategic long-term business plans with the SBU/functional heads.

- Review the various market /business intelligence reports and present the highlights and the implications for the company with a view to arriving at New Initiatives.

- Ensure professional Project Management and Internal Coordination to ensure that agreed programmes and initiatives fructify as planned.

- Assist the MD in Monthly reviews with the CEO and Business /Functional Leaders.

- Internal and external coordination with various stakeholders - senior management, business, social, political, industry bodies etc. Help as needed in organising MDs calendar, coordinating meetings, trouble shooting.
