Task and Responsibilities :

- Be ultimately responsible for growth.

- Conceive, implement, analyze, and improve digital marketing experiments to drive growth.

- Optimize existing channels (content marketing, social media, email campaigns), and discover new ones.

- Gather and analyze data.

- Influence the product in the market.

- Establish a growth habit and experiment-driven culture. Eventually, build a growth team.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- You have a track record of success in growth/user acquisition in previous roles.

- You bring a solid understanding of free and paid user acquisition channels.

- You have a ton of ideas, but know that growth comes from structured experiments.

- You are comfortable implementing your own ideas.

- You are comfortable working with developers & designers.

- You are super analytical; You eat, breath & drink data.

- You are not afraid to say I don't know.

- You routinely figure things out.
