As a Manager of Fraud Analytics and Abuse Detection, you will lead design and execution of fraud and abuse prevention methods across Moonfrog's games and game features and will deliver the best abuse-free experience to millions of users.

Responsibilities

You will be leading fraud detection and abuse prevention across features of a multi-million dollar product(s). This involves:

- Proactively identifying potential abusers and fraud mechanisms in the system.

- Building models to mitigate fraud in future.

- Build necessary reporting to track the effectiveness of fraud strategy and decision tools.

- Building trust across tens of millions of users.

- Work in collaboration with designers and engineers to build best customer experiences and reduce the impact of abuse.

- Work with engineering to build live monitoring and alerting systems.

- Developing business cases - identifying and assessing business opportunities in the domain of fraud prevention.

- Building roadmaps and execution plans of solutions and their extensions into cross-game platforms.

- Dedicated, proactive, curious and eager to learn new approaches/methodologies - MUST HAVE.

Requirements

- Strong mathematical background with a degree in Economics/Statistics/Finance/Engineering or a related quantitative field.

- 2+ years of experience in analytics/data science.

- 2+ years of internet product/business experience.

- Prior experience in data analytics and risk management.

- Experienced in data manipulation languages and statistical tools.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of Indian internet consumer behavior.

- History of business impact in consumer facing business preferred.
