Position at a Glance:

We are seeking motivated analytics professionals with good quantitative aptitude and business problem solving skills. The role entails assessing business requirements and providing technical expertise. The role entails open ended problem solving based on structured / unstructured information.

Responsibilities:

- Programming background with expertise in text mining and building statistical models using R/Python

- Adept in using custom built packages in R/Python for data cleaning, data preparation, text mining, data modeling and execution

- Perform ad-hoc statistical analysis as needed and generate actionable reports

- Use analytical tools to manipulate data and develop solutions

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs

- Deliver end results maintaining quick turn-around times and high quality standards

Required experience and Skill Set:

- Strong R programming with experience in hands-on delivery and problem solving

- Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal or external clients

- Prior experience in consulting organizations is a plus

- Desired Skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), R programming suite, Python

- Expertise in creating compelling presentations

- Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
