Assistant Manager Recruitment

1. 8-10 years total experience in IT Recruitment with minimum 3+ Years team handling / Delivery Management experience.

2. Should be well-versed with sourcing via job portals like Naukri, Monster etc.

3. Should be comfortable hiring via passive channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, X-Ray search etc.

4. Managing team deliverables.

5. Ensuring the team adheres to delivery SLA's.

6.Drives the team to achieve volumes targeted. Should have done team goal setting and KRA Setting.

7. Should have handled high volumes of requirements in a day/week.

8. Excellent communication skills.

9. Should be comfortable working on weekends and traveling outstation.

10. Should be good in screening candidates based on JD as well as on minimal skill information available.

11. Should have the good understanding of technologies and know-how to source and screen candidates for new skills.

12 Good with MS Office and reporting skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

12. Should have organized and managed high-volume weekend drives. Also, should have conducted weekly / Monthly One-On-One meeting with a team member to ensure they meet the target and mentor them whenever it is required.
