The Manager, System integrators maintain and expand relationships with assigned SI Partners.

We are looking for an innovative, experienced individual with great energy, passion and in-depth knowledge of the enterprise technology industry to build joint solutions, drive solution awareness and manage with SI Partners for the fastest growing database on the planet, MongoDB. This person is responsible for achieving sales objectives by working with and through assigned Global System Integrators.

A strong, proven background in Global SI's led sales is a must, with the business savvy to drive key relationships with partner practice and delivery leaders. An ability to establish, build and foster senior executive management for sponsorship is critical.

The Manager, SI Alliances reports to the Senior Director, System Integration Partners and is a key member of our Global Partners and Alliances team and is specifically responsible for achieving an increase in sales productivity through the specific System Integration partners he/she is responsible.

As with any strategic alliance position, the responsibilities include managing to key metrics that will evolve with the growth of the business. This position will work closely with company leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Development, Implementation, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities -

- Drive sourced and closed license revenue objectives

- Responsible for meeting and exceeding agreed sales and revenue targets

- Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships with the necessary partner stakeholders

- Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organisation to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with our partnerships

- Prioritize key activities, investments, and metrics to allow senior management to assist in the growth and advancement of the business

- Communicate effectively with senior executives (VPs, EVP & CXOs) on a consistent basis

- Responsible for building business plans to support revenue growth objectives

- Review progress attainment through frequent communications and Quarterly Business Reviews

- Responsible for maintaining a disciplined sales process through the use of tools and driving efficiencies and improvements for optimal results

- Responsible for leading or assisting a sales team in customer or prospect discussions involving our strategic partner

- Responsible for collaborating with marketing to develop sufficient programs to generate leads and brand awareness to meet assigned targets

Desired Skills and Experience

- 8+ years of work experience in technology, business, understands how the Global System Integrators are organised and wired

- Designed, managed, and executed win-win GTM initiatives with Global SI Partners in large, complex environment

- Strong sales, business development experience with demonstrated experience in building relationships with Global Systems Integrators out of India

- Create and execute business plans to hold partners accountable to deliver on revenue goals and objectives

- Passion for partnering inside and outside of the organisation with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute business and Go-to-Market plans

- Proven, successful problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative culture

- Ability to clearly express complex ideas and solutions both written and verbal to all audiences

- Self-starter takes initiative to continue to the US or international travel to trade shows, industry conferences, partner/customer locations

- Direct experience of working with Deloitte or Ernst & Young will be an important advantage

- MBA or advanced business or technical degree a plus
