Strategic Account Manager

What You Will Do

1. Growing lender relationship positively.

2. Manage existing lending partnerships for Moneyview and act as the single point of contact for the partners.

3. Support acquiring of new lender partnerships for Moneyview

4. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operating relationships for the partners.

5. Responsible for ensuring stability and growth of partnerships by identifying incremental opportunities in line with the capital requirements and new initiatives at Moneyview.

6. Manage weekly / monthly governance with the partners and any other regulatory or business reporting.

7. Coordinate any technology enhancement projects with the partners and internal stakeholders from time to time.

8. Should be able to effortlessly associate closely even at senior levels in the partner organizations in order to get an early insight into any upcoming opportunities.

9. Network with various departments of the lender relationship and be the one window channel for Moneyview.

10. Strategic partnership integration, execution of technical enhancements and automations via API integration.

11. Creating and implementing various product and process SOPs with internal as well as external stakeholders.

12. Maintaining strong emphasis on adherence to quality and policy norms to ensure compliance while implementing partnership integration and technical enhancements.

What You Will Need To Succeed

1. 3 to 5 years' work experience

2. Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred

3. Proficient with Microsoft Tools including Power Point Presentation, Excel & Word

4. Attention to detail, ability to interpret data / reports, methodical approach to work while also seeking to understand the big picture.

5. Knowledge of SQL scripts will be an advantage

6. Understanding of API Integration (Json / XML / Postman / Jira / Confluence) will be an added advantage
