Sr. Manager (Finance & accounting)

- The role demands expert knowledge of financial accounting, accounting standards, corporate laws, preparation of financial statements, and financial analysis. The aspirant needs to possess expert technical knowledge, and strong leadership skills to lead a team of accounting and finance.

- Financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and ensuring strong Internal Financial Controls including controls over financial reporting are the key responsibilities.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Desired Qualification & Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of work experience of which at least 5 years in an NBFC/Financial Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate accounting and monthly closure of books of accounts.

- Ensure maintenance of strong Internal Financial Controls, including over Financial Reporting, and processes related to collections, payables, safeguarding of assets, and fraud prevention.

- Reporting & Analysis of Monthly Financial Statements

- Finalisation of Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements as per Ind-AS within timelines

- Ensuring timely closure of Statutory Audit and Annual Report

- Ensuring statutory compliances related to accounting, RBI returns, direct and indirect taxation, and corporate and other applicable laws.

- Analysing financial performance and suggesting measures to profitability

- Mentoring team on the subject matter and driving the highest standards of performance.
