Who we are :

Our mission is to build a new kind of investment company, that uses data, analytics and technology to bring sophisticated investing for everyone.We are building technology that empowers investors, advisors and institutions to make informed investment decisions across multiple financial assets and derive insights from complex portfolios. Average investors have their portfolios wiped out during market downturns, while the ultra-wealthy come out just fine. Why- It is quite simple, the ultra-wealthy have access to better investing solutions than everyone else. We've finally changed that. We are investing with intelligence.

We are a team of engineers, product managers and finance experts, passionate about leveraging technology to bring impact and transparency to the investment management industry. We have raised funding from strategic and financial angel investors and are close to signing up with our first customers.

We use modern web technologies to aggregate large datasets, design and recommend personalized portfolios and create insights on complex portfolios. We are creating an elegant interface for our clients based on world class usability and design. Our systems are built on relevant security standards and protocols to secure client data.

Who we are looking for :

We're looking for a full-stack engineer to join our team as Head of Engineering. As an early member of the organization, you will take ownership of major parts of system, take important technology decisions about underlying architecture and help in building one of the best technology teams in the fintech space.

- As the CTO, you will work closely with the product lead, lead and build the engineering team, manage product development, release and deployment. You will also play an integral role in the evolution of the product roadmap in the exciting and rapidly evolving world of finance.

Who You Are :

- Demonstrable experience (at least 3 years) as a developer on Python web frameworks.

- Strong understanding of building web applications using Python, PostgreSQL and MongoDB

- Proficient in Javascript and exposure to front end frameworks such as React.js, Angular.js

- Proficiency in version control (git) workflows

- Passionate about working in finance and disrupting traditional workflows that are inefficient and lack transparency
