Looking for a Monetization Product Manager with Leading Online Company  Location: Gurgaon  Manage existing 1st and 3rd party advertising and monetization relationships from a product implementation and user experience perspective.  Work with the Ad Sales team to support new business efforts.  Be an expert in the latest advertising and monetization trends across mobile.  Implement new advertising and monetization products   Work with designers and developers to implement designs into technology.  Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.  Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.  Desired Candidate Profile  MBA from Tier 1 College with a B.Tech background would be plus.  Min 3+ years experience in a Product Management or Product Development role for an Internet or mobile company.  Passion for digital media; previous experience in an ad-supported media environment is a big plus..  Experience with A/B Testing and/or User Testing is a plus.  Previous startup experience is a plus.  Excellent communication skills.
