Role: We are looking for an experienced Monetization Head to lead our efforts in maximizing revenue generation through the effective utilization of existing spaces within our retail stores. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trends, along with a proven track record of implementing successful monetization strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive monetization strategies to optimize revenue generation from existing retail store spaces.

- Conduct thorough analyses of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new monetization opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and sales to align monetization efforts with overall business objectives.

- Evaluate existing store layouts and floor plans to identify areas for optimization and revenue enhancement.

- Explore innovative monetization models such as in-store advertising, product placement, partnerships, and experiential activations.

- Negotiate and manage partnerships with third-party vendors and advertisers to maximize revenue potential.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization efforts, and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in retail monetization, and proactively recommend new strategies and initiatives.

- Develop and manage budgets for monetization initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and performance of monetization efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Relevant years of experience in retail operations, business development, or monetization roles, preferably within the retail industry.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing monetization strategies and driving revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
