Purpose of Role : - The role of SDE-Office 365 services is within the Office 365 services team under Collaboration services. - The SDE-Office 365 services will be SME for Yammer and other emerging Office 365 services such as MS Teams, Stream etc. Will be responsible to govern and manage the Yammer and other key Office 365 services. This includes day-to-day relationship management with key stakeholders and work with the support lead and vendor. This role will be the key go to person for new requirements, standards and governance of the platform. Key job responsibilities : 1. SME for Yammer and Office 365 services and manage stakeholders leveraging the platform. 2. Lead, prepare and manage key changes on the platform. Recommend platform adoption enhancers to ensure maximum adoption and leverage of the platform. 3. Work with the support lead to develop &amp; maintain operational procedures, standards, &amp; reporting. Prepare for changes/ upgrades and ensure upkeep and BAU of the platform. 4. Develop best practices, standards and guidelines for leveraging the platform 5. Responsible for platform Governance, define key use cases and champion the use of the platform. 6. Publish guidelines, and establish governance parameters of the platform. Work with key business stakeholders like Corporate Affairs for platform management&nbsp; 7. Manage and Mentor a team of Engineers, Support team 8. Build a high performing team - Experience with Enterprise social platforms such as Yammer, ECM - Microsoft SharePoint are critical to the success of this position and the CCS team.
